i never really think about it but when i muster up the brainpower, i realise that i'm quite lucky to live near places like this. i love the water when it's so calm and still, makes me almost forget my long time fear of the ocean (or any relatively large body of water that i can flounder around in). this scanlan & theodore dress is the other piece i picked up from a local consignment store when i got the leather dress posted a little while back. i love that it's so flowy and effortless, basically my two necessities for a dress. the uneven hemline is just a bonus. this almost negates the fact that it's so indecently short, but that's nothing a pair of bike shorts underneath can't fix.
