more than words can tell

aminaka wilmont silk dress, chloe boots, alexander wang bag

today's coastal adventures, complete with a whole lot of ponytailin'. guess i didn't really feel like facing the camera or something. laura and i decided to go on a drive down to fremantle to hang out and have lunch in the sun seeing as it was warm enough to go without tights for once. i find that impromptu things are so much better than planned, and that goes with clothing too. i was wearing my trusty black lover dress with stockings which i'd worn to work this morning but by the time we got there it was so hot i stripped and changed into this loose fluid thing of a dress i nabbed in the outnet sale last week. there is nothing like silk against skin when it's just too hot outside. just decided to throw in the sushi goon picture for good measure...i mean, what even is that??

I haven't worn tights once when venturing out this Perth winter, let alone a coat. I'm not quite sure how Perth people think this is cold? It's summer weather in London! Nonetheless, love the dress. You wear it well x

Ah, those Chloe boots sure are stunning, aren't they? :) Your buckles look so nice and floppy, and the leather so soft! Is yours the original 2008 version? Or the more recent reissued version? (the original is black inside, and the reissue is beige, I believe)...Just wondering if my buckles will flop like that, and the weather look nice and smooshy like yours with more wear.

Apologies for the long comment/question.
TIA!

Thx for the reply! Aw, you lucky thing! You have the originals! Even on ebay i hardly see hem come up! And major bargain? Am very jealous! Yes, the originals were lambskin and the reissues calfskin, I like the smooshiness of the former...look forward to more pics with them! ;)
