that's right, not only am i back from the (blogging) dead, but i'm already creating my winter '13 capsule wardrobe. i've been slowly accumulating my list of staple items; all that is now left is the perfect and preferably vintage fur coat. of course i'm sure there will be plenty more purchases throughout the colder months but i think these are the items that will be the basis of most outfits i end up wearing. you may think it's overkill to buy two pairs of leather pants but let me tell you, the two i ended up with couldn't be any more different. the current/elliott's are thinner, stretchier leather and fit like a glove while the acne's are thicker and slightly looser. with my alexander wang leather trackies and an impending ksubi denim purchase i'm pretty much set on the pants front. finally tracked down the breton of my dreams thanks to twentysevennames (as well as a rainbow striped one for when i'm feeling less monochrome), and the lover bomber which has been on my wishlist since last year. all boxes ticked...well, for now anyway.
